  • The Sixth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court's decision, allowing a lawsuit to proceed against Knoxville police officers for not providing immediate medical care to Anthony Thompson Jr., a 17-year-old shot in a high school bathroom in April 2021.  10 News
