- ➤ Authorities are searching for missing teens involved in a police chase on I-75 near the Tennessee River after a detained teen said he jumped into the river from the bridge in Loudon County. WVLT 8
- ➤ The Loudon County Sheriff's Office is searching for two missing teens who are believed to have jumped into the Tennessee River from the *I-75 bridge near Lake Drive* after a *police pursuit of a stolen vehicle* early Wednesday morning following a detained teen's report that he jumped with them. 6 News
- ➤ A White Pine man has been charged with attempted first-degree murder after officers responded to a crash on Wheeler Road at 1 p.m. Tuesday that left a pedestrian lying in the road; investigators found suspect James Locklear on Main St after evidence showed he made threatening remarks and his car hit the victim and left the scene, and the victim is in critical but stable condition.
