The venue has a 360-degree concourse for fans and uses existing downtown parking, while Knoxville Area Transit will provide free shuttles on game days—promising easier access to the new facility. - ➤ A report from UT’s Appalachian Justice Research Center said high rents and crowded housing have led to more evictions in Knox County — over 350 households were on the eviction docket in March as rents rose 34% since 2019.
