ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Two people were hurt in a Pigeon Forge pedestrian crash Friday night when they tried to cross northbound lanes outside a crosswalk at the intersection of U.S. 441 and East Wears Valley Road — both were taken to the University of Tennessee Medical Center while the driver stayed at the scene, marking the second such crash this month. - ➤ Members of the UT band recalled Bill Williams' legacy as they honored his contributions to the group—showing how his music changed their lives in Knoxville. 10 News
- ➤ On Saturday, a ribbon cutting took place at the new William J. Wilcox Jr. K-25 Interpretive Center at the K-25 Heritage Site to honor the history of the decommissioned gaseous diffusion plant—attended by Department of Energy officials and local leaders. The center now offers visitors an immersive experience with a 1/16th scale model of the plant—highlighting the legacy of the people who worked there. 10 News
