- ➤ A 17-year-old from Lenoir City was arrested for the alleged murder of 18-year-old Holden Howse—who had celebrated his birthday two weeks before his death—at a Harriman party early Saturday morning after TBI agents, the Harriman Police and the 9th Judicial District Attorney’s Office launched an investigation, and his mother said he was kind and she now seeks justice. 10 News
