The venue has a 360-degree concourse for fans and uses existing downtown parking, while Knoxville Area Transit will provide free shuttles on game days—promising easier access to the new facility. - ➤ Knoxville police charged 21-year-old Jaylyn Hudson and 19-year-old Jayden Conwell with first-degree murder for the death of 16-year-old Ayden Russo, who was shot in a backyard on March 24 in the 2500 block of Louise Avenue—both suspects were detained Monday after questioning with help from the county sheriff’s office. - ➤ A report from UT’s Appalachian Justice Research Center said high rents and crowded housing have led to more evictions in Knox County — over 350 households were on the eviction docket in March as rents rose 34% since 2019.
