- ➤ On a hot Saturday morning in August, about 50 volunteers from Legacy Parks Foundation and Keep Knoxville Beautiful worked to replant trees and update landscaping at French Broad Veterans Memorial Park — a site built next to the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery to honor veterans' families.
